Given the personal nature of thpillows, if the item is damaged or if there is a product defect, contact us. We will work with you to address your concerns and resolve any issues. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment. If you bought your Silver Warmth product online from the Silver Warmth website we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery (must be notified within 12 hours) or if there is a product defect. Once your product has been shipped (left the warehouse) incorrect product selection will not be returned or refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
